Our company was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Qingdao, Shandong. We are committed to providing you with a premium wig-wearing experience.

Are your wigs made of human hair or synthetic fiber?

We offer three types of materials: human hair, high-temperature synthetic fiber, and blended hair. The product details page clearly indicates the material used.

Can the wigs be permed, dyed, or heat-styled?

Human hair wigs can be permed, dyed, and heat-styled. Synthetic wigs labeled “heat-resistant” can also be styled with heat. (Professional handling is recommended.)

How do I choose the right wig size?

We offer a standard cap size (average head circumference 54–60 cm). A measurement guide is available on the product page. Custom sizes for extra-large or children’s wigs are available upon request—please contact customer service.

2. Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom wigs require 7–15 days (exact time as shown on the order page).

What international shipping options do you offer, and how much is the shipping fee?

We offer international logistics via YunTu, DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on destination and weight.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also log in to your account and check "My Orders".

3. After-Sales & Returns

Can I return or exchange the wig if I'm not satisfied?

We offer a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy (items must be unused with tags intact). Custom products are non-refundable.

What if I receive a wig with quality issues?

We provide a quality guarantee. Please contact customer service immediately upon receiving the item. Non-human damage is eligible for exchange (photo/video proof required).

How should I wash and care for my wig?

Our website offers detailed care instructions. We recommend using dedicated wig care products or gentle shampoo, combing the wig carefully, and avoiding sun exposure, high temperatures, or rough handling.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and selected local payment options (e.g., Alipay).

Is my payment information secure?

Our website uses SSL encryption and does not store your card information.

5. Other Questions

Do you offer custom wig services?

Currently, we only support custom sizes (extra-large or children’s sizes—please contact customer service). Hairstyle and color customization is not available at the moment. However, we offer over 200 styles and colors to choose from, so you're likely to find what you need!

Do you offer wholesale or distributor partnerships?
