To ensure that your synthetic wig is in the best condition and used for as long as possible, please keep in mind the following care tips:

Comb your wig regularly: Use wig conditioner or detangling spray to keep the wig soft, shiny and easy to manage. Spray before combing, use a wig brush or wide-tooth comb, and gently comb from the roots to the ends to avoid damaging the hair.

Washing the wig:

Synthetic wigs should be washed every 6-8 wears or when obvious buildup appears. Use wig shampoo and cold water to gently clean the wig. Avoid using hot water, which can cause the fibers to curl and tangle.

Air-drying the wig:

After washing, gently pat the wig dry with a towel to remove excess water, and then place it on a wig stand indoors to air dry. Do not use a hair dryer, as continuous high temperatures can damage synthetic fibers.

Storing the wig:

When not in use, place the wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain the wig shape and prevent tangling. Avoid direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

Return Policy:

Before wearing or cutting off any lace or tags, please inspect the item for any defects.

If the item has any defects, please contact us within 3 days and return it within 7 days.

If the color is not right or the item is not what you imagined, please do not wear it.

When returning the item, it must be in its original condition, unworn, uncombed, with no tags cut off, original packaging and lace intact.

No refund will be given for wigs that show signs of use, combing or other odors.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
